Housed inside a yeast factory producing brewers yeast since 1995, White Labs San Diego Kitchen & Tap was started in 2012 as a way to showcase the influence and impact yeast fermentation has on beer. In 2022, We opened up a kitchen to meld the science of fermentation with the culinary arts. Pairing our delicious beers with fermented foods!

No, We have a kitchen onsite for all your consumption needs.
We have crafted most of our beers to reduce gluten. We’ve tested each beer and post the gluten levels, below 20 ppm, on our data sheets.
