In this class, we’ll get into the science of at-home lacto fermentation paired with a complimentary White Lab’s Beer and a kimchi-inspired bite! Each guest will also go home with a reusable fermentation jar packed with spicy kimchi we’ll make together in class.

From our 72-hour brewers yeast slow risen pizza dough to our 800+ degree wood-fire oven, our classic Neapolitan-style pizza has an artisan flavor profile with varying degrees of visual char.
Of course! While you must be 21+ to enjoy alcoholic beverages, we offer a wide range food and drink items suitable for the whole family.
We are happy to work with groups of any sizes and needs to provide the custom experience including private space rental, private tastings/beer geek classes, rehearsal dinners, etc.
